Singapore, 27 March 2019 – Sodexo, the world leader in Quality of Life Services, opened with a keynote speech about quality of life in the healthcare industry during the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University’s 2018 results announcement.

Sodexo APAC House welcomed participants from the healthcare, banking and insurance industries at the 2018 full year results announcement for the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) by the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University (SMU). According to the study, Singapore’s customer satisfaction level rose for a third consecutive year, with all eight measured industry sectors recording higher scores.

Grace Chung, Sodexo's APAC CEO for Healthcare, shared about quality of life in healthcare. Tapping on Sodexo’s extensive experience of partnering with public and private healthcare institutions in Singapore and around the globe, Grace highlighted how Sodexo’s suite of integrated food and facilities management services can enhance quality of life. The CSISG is a measure of customer satisfaction in the services industry of Singapore that is jointly developed by the ISE at SMU and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.1
