Partnering healthcare institutions to drive consumer satisfaction: A quality of life perspective

Singapore, 27 March 2019 – Sodexo, the world leader in Quality of Life Services, opened with a keynote speech about quality of life in the healthcare industry during the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University’s 2018 results announcement.
Sodexo APAC House welcomed participants from the healthcare, banking and insurance industries at the 2018 full year results announcement for the Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) by the Institute of Service Excellence at Singapore Management University (SMU). According to the study, Singapore’s customer satisfaction level rose for a third consecutive year, with all eight measured industry sectors recording higher scores.
Grace Chung, Sodexo's APAC CEO for Healthcare, shared about quality of life in healthcare.
