The engagement of our employees - a concept that expresses both satisfaction and involvement - is a key indicator of current and future performance: we know that “engaged” employees deliver the best service to clients.
In April 2016, we carried out our 6th international Employee Engagement Survey. This is the first time we opened the survey to all our employees around the world, and over 221,000 employees took part.
- We achieved an overall engagement rate of 68% – a 9% increase from our last survey in 2014
- 88% of our employees rate Sodexo as the best employer in its sector
